1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taya060 ("taya060," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at taya060.net (the "Platform"). Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending the completion of identity checks. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, and any balance held in such account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, after deducting any bonus funds received.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active taya060 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different name, a shared device, or a shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. taya060 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts involved may be suspended, pending investigation, and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya060 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued for two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party. taya060 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

taya060 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation at registration or at any subsequent time requested by taya060. Withdrawal requests will not be processed on accounts that have not completed the applicable KYC verification level.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made through e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are typically processed in real time. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within thirty (30) minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on taya060 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider if they fund their account in a currency other than PHP.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

taya060 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which will be published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between any promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.

All bets placed on taya060 are final once confirmed. • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
